How long will my appointment take?

We allow approximately 3 hours for a cut, colour and blow-dry for a standard colour package. If you are having any colour corrections or have long/thick hair then we recommend giving us a call on 02 4646 1011 so we can discuss and provide you with an exact estimation for both time and investment.

What is your pricing?

You can view our prices under the services section of the website. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss any of our serevices or tailoring something to suit your needs or a desired look please give us a call on 02 4646 1011.

What is the wait time to book an appointment?

Our wait times vary but on average our team is booked approximately 4 weeks in advance, with our Creative Director Alicia often booked approximately 12 weeks in advance. However, on occassion spots will become available. We recommend following us on Instagram where we share cancellations.

What shampoo and conditioner is best for my hair?

Unique Artist always recommends salon grade shampoo and conditioner. For coloured hair, especially blondes, a good quality shampoo will give your hair longevity and help to prevent brassiness. It's always very important to ensure your hair doesn't dry out and remains the best it can look. We have a range on offer from Keune at the salon and we recommend discussing with your hair stylist on something that will suit your colour/style/hair needs and budget.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have confirmed your appointment and cancel within the final 24-hours of your booking then you will be charged 50% of your booking.

Do you offer parking at your salon?

There is unreserved parking on street level at the salon, plus many neighbouring streets that offer parking.
